The Stimulus Signing

More lies by Obama... before he was elected, he promised to read through the budget line-by-line. While technically, the stimulus bill isn't "the budget" it sure spends a LOT of money. From the time it was URGENTLY OMG HAIR ON FIRE passed on Friday until he eventually got around to signing it on Tuesday in a carefully calculated politically partisan fashion, he did not have time to skim the 1,000+ page bill much less really read it carefully. But that's okay, nobody in Congress read it, either.

Didn't he also promise to make bills available for five days before signing them? And make government more transparent and accountable?
