Congress parodies itself again

First they criticize the Big Three automakers for spending too much and over promising on their pension benefits (what? Budget deficit? Social Security?). Now they pass a huge spending bill committing almost a trillion dollars without actually reading it. Now what could possibly go wrong with that?
